How to use the clock correctly?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

The Watch should be worn on the hand so that it is slightly squeezed, but not too tight. It is important that it is constantly in contact with the skin to make the measurements accurate. If it is not in use and does not need to be turned off!<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

The clock automatically conducts measurements every 15 minutes. You can track all data within the app in real time. If you want to measure certain values yourself, you can do this by pressing the button to select the screen\/value you want to measure first. Then press the button again to start the measurements. How to measure pressure and other parameters correctly?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

If you decide to measure the pressure yourself, then the guidelines\/recommendations are next. For accurate results, the clock arm should be laid on a flat surface and at rest. It is recommended that the user sit still for a few minutes before the measurement. The measurement is activated by pressing the main key on the clock. You should first select which measurement you want to make: pressure, beats, temperature, saturation, when you choose which value you want to measure, once again the main key is pressed and you wait about 60 seconds for the clock to make the measurement.<\/p>\n

How does the watch measure pressure?<\/strong>
The Watch uses sensors that monitor changes in blood circulation when it comes into contact with the skin. The data is processed by an algorithm to obtain blood pressure values, shown in the application in real time. When measuring blood pressure, it is important to avoid coffee, cigarettes and exertion immediately before the measurement, as they can affect the results.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

The clock needs to be turned off before charging. Charging takes about 2 to 3 hours on average, depending on the battery level.
