Privacy Policy for our products and services
As data controller, Silver technologies, Avenija Dubrovnik 15, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, info@silvermonitor.eu (hereinafter referred to as SILVER MONITOR), it is committed to the utmost attention to security and protection of your privacy. SILVER MONITOR processes your personal data in accordance with the applicable privacy laws in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as GDPR) and the law on the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process your data when you use our website, products and services. Our products and services include a web app and a smartwatch. Collect, store and analyze data to offer insights and services aimed at improving your health and safety.
What data do we collect and when?
Here we specify whose And what personal data we process, for what purposes and the storage period.
Site visitors
When you are on our website, we use essential technical cookies to keep your session active. If you leave a message on our contacts page, we need your email address to respond to your comment, suggestion or question. If you wish, you can also provide your name and surname. After the end of the communication, all data will be deleted safely.
Registration, ordering and payment
To order our products and services online, you must first register. For this, it is necessary to state your name, surname, email address and choose a username. For billing and delivery we need detailed information such as Your Name, Address, Phone Number and email. If you choose a different delivery address, we collect the same information other than e-mail. Payment methods redirect you to secure gateways such as Stripe, PayPal, Google or Apple Pay; we do not access your payment information except to confirm payment. Bank transfer information is stored in accordance with the law. If you choose cash upon delivery, our delivery partner processes your data independently for delivery and payment. Details are deleted after 6 months of inactivity. Please note that we are not responsible for the data processing of our partners.
Account activation and system usage
mail. We will send you an email with your username, initial password and link to the web application. The IMEI number of your smartwatch will be linked to your account. To activate and use your account, you must provide your name, surname and address in accordance with our general terms and conditions of use. We also store your email and phone number for communication purposes such as challenges, maintenance and occasional updates about our products and services as set out in the agreement. In addition, you will need to enter data such as date of birth, gender, diagnosis, treatment details and cell phone number to receive SMS alerts about abnormal indicators collected by the sat.
When using the system, smartwatch data such as blood pressure, heart rate, steps, blood oxygen, temperature and battery status are automatically recorded and sent to the system. This data shows current and past values for Trend Tracking and history. If the user activates the SOS alarm, the system collects GPS data from the smartwatch, displaying it and sending an SMS notification to a specific contact number. GPS data is available 24 hours after the alarm is triggered.
Premium service - In addition to the Premium service, if a geo fence breaks, the system activates the alarm, collects GPS data from the smartwatch, displays it and sends an SMS alert to a certain phone number. Alarm and GPS data are stored for up to 12 months from activation to resolve claims, complaints or legal matters. All data are processed only for the provision of the service and are securely deleted after the expiry of the contract. User location data is processed only during alarm activation.
Authorized user
Authorized users purchase products and services using the same personal data, adding the name of the business entity. As independent data controllers for their users, they process this data within the system.
Customer support
When you contact our customer support, we record your contact information and the nature of your inquiry. We keep this data until your concerns are resolved or for a maximum of 6 months, after which they are deleted safely.
Do we share your data?
Your personal data is protected and is not shared, exchanged or disclosed to third parties, except for delivery data that is shared with our delivery partnerwhich operates independently. Trusted domestic and international partners securely access your data to help with application and system development, hosting, Access Provision and accounting tasks. They are bound by strict confidentiality agreements, access to data only when necessary and processing in accordance with the GDPR in accordance with our data protection agreement.
In the event of investigations or requests by competent authorities, we may be legally obliged to grant access to your personal data.
How do we protect your data?
We prioritize the security of your personal data, which is an integral part of how we develop and deliver our products and services. Access to our websites and systems, including the smartwatch and our partners, is encrypted. When collecting your data, we ensure protection against accidental or unlawful loss, alteration, disclosure or access. This is achieved through professional, technical and organizational measures. Our entire system is hosted on the cloud infrastructure of a leading global service provider, and data is stored in multiple centres within the European Economic Area (EEA). Access to our database is strictly limited to authorized personnel and partners, ensuring that only those with a genuine need can access personal data for maintenance or support purposes.

You may at any time request that we comply with your GDPR rights, which apply to our system and processing of personal data:
