THE CLOCK IS USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE WEB APPLICATION

Web application

Our web application was developed in cooperation with medical experts and thoroughly tested on more than a hundred patients. It is designed to easily display smartwatch health data, allowing you to view recent measurements, monitor alarms, and track trends in user health. The intuitive interface and visuals make it easy to track vital signs, making the app a handy tool for seniors and their caregivers.

Profile

Easily create a profile with key information, diagnoses and pharmacotherapy. The dashboard allows users to add SOS contacts for emergencies. Recent measurements and alarms review recent health measurements through traffic light color circuits. Green means everything in order, orange and red warn of problems, with the display of activated alarms.

Recent measurements and alarms.

Review recent health measurements through traffic light color circles. Green means everything in order, orange and red warn of problems, with the display of activated alarms.

Graphical display

A detailed chart shows all measurements in real time. By clicking on the individual parts of the graph, you see the exact values and changes in health over time.

Long-term views

The app displays measurement history and long-term health trends, helping users and caregivers respond in a timely manner and better control of vital parameters.

When is Silver Monitor useful?

It allows continuous monitoring of blood pressure and heart rate, helps in timely detection of hypertensive episodes and adjustment of therapy.

Essential values: systolic and diastolic pressure, heart rate.
Measurements indicating a problem:

  • High blood pressure (>140/90 mmHg) or sudden spikes.
  • Rapid or irregular pulse combined with high pressure.

Note: Regular measurements help to detect hypertensive episodes and adjust therapy.

Monitoring of heart rate and rhythm allows early detection of arrhythmias, delays or worsening of insufficiency, which reduces the risk of complications.

Essential values: heart rate and heart rate variability.
Measurements indicating a problem:

  • Puls <50 ili >100/min u mirovanju.
  • Irregular beats (arrhythmias), sudden jumps or falls of rhythm.

Note: Timely detection allows caregivers or a doctor to quickly intervene.

It records oxygen levels and heart rate, helps to identify worsening, timely intervention and reduce hospitalizations.

Essential values: Date, heart rate, temperature.
Measurements indicating a problem:

  • SpO₂ <92–95% ili nagli pad u kratkom vremenu.
  • Rapid pulse at rest which may indicate respiratory distress.
  • An elevated temperature can signal infection or worsening of the disease.

Note: Timely detection reduces the risk of worsening respiratory condition.

SECONDARY MONITORING (pressure and beats): It allows monitoring of cardiovascular stress associated with diabetes, detects abnormalities of pressure or heart rhythm that require intervention.

Essential values: heart rate, pulse rate, Date, physical activity, temperature.
Measurements indicating a problem:

  • Abnormal pulse and resting heart rate may indicate hypoglycemia or hyperglycemia.
  • Low levels of CO₂ may be an indicator of reduced circulation.
  • Changes in physical activity and temperature can signal general health deterioration.

Note: The clock does not measure glucose directly, but provides important indicators for a timely reaction.

Continuous monitoring of heart rate and pressure helps to identify decreased blood flow and the risk of thrombosis or other vascular problems.

Essential values: pulse, heart rate, CO₂
Measurements indicating a problem:

  • Low heart rate or irregular heartbeat.
  • Pad SpO₂ (<95%) koji može ukazivati na nedovoljnu oksigenaciju krvi.
  • Sudden changes in rhythm or oxygen saturation.

Note: Monitoring helps to identify circulation problems in a timely manner and reduce the risk of dizziness, fainting or thrombosis.

Monitoring of vital functions and activities allows timely detection of complications and promotes safety in daily recovery.

Essential values: heart rate, pulse, CO₂, physical activity.
Measurements indicating a problem:

  • Irregular pulse or changes in heart rate may indicate cardiovascular complications.
  • Low or reduced physical activity may signal a deterioration in circulation or functionality.
  • Abnormal movements or falls detected by the clock.

Note: Sat and web application allow continuous monitoring of vital parameters, help prevent complications and facilitate recovery.

It enables monitoring of movement and vital functions, identifying risky situations and maintaining safety in everyday life.

Essential values: heart rate, pulse, CO₂, physical activity.
Measurements indicating a problem:

  • Abnormal movements or falls detected by the clock.
  • Irregular pulse or low oxygen saturation after a fall.
  • Low physical activity that may indicate reduced mobility or deteriorating health.

Note: The watch and web application allow timely notifications to family or caregivers, increasing the safety of users.

Detection of falls and movement increases safety and allows quick assistance.

Essential values: physical activity, heart rate, pulse.
Measurements indicating a problem:

  • Low activity or a sharp decrease in movement can signal the risk of falls.
  • An irregular pulse when moving may indicate an overload of the organism.

Note: Monitoring activities helps prevent falls and allows families / caregivers to react in a timely manner.

Monitoring of vital functions and movements helps to detect complications in a timely manner and improves patient safety.

Essential values: heart rate, pulse rate, Date, physical activity, temperature.
Measurements indicating a problem:

  • A fever can signal an infection.
  • Low CO₂ or irregular heartbeats may indicate complications or weakness.
  • Reduced activity or a sharp drop in physical activity may indicate pain or mobility limitations.

Note: Monitoring these parameters helps in safe recovery, timely intervention, and reducing the risk of complications.
