The Watch should be worn on the hand so that it is slightly squeezed, but not too tight. It is important that it is constantly in contact with the skin to make the measurements accurate. If it is not in use and does not need to be turned off!
The clock automatically conducts measurements every 15 minutes. You can track all data within the app in real time. If you want to measure certain values yourself, you can do this by pressing the button to select the screen/value you want to measure first. Then press the button again to start the measurements. There are a total of 7 screens, and on each one you can see exactly what it shows or measures. More is available on the guidance page.
If you decide to measure the pressure yourself, then the guidelines/recommendations are next. For accurate results, the clock arm should be laid on a flat surface and at rest. It is recommended that the user sit still for a few minutes before the measurement. The measurement is activated by pressing the main key on the clock. You should first select which measurement you want to make: pressure, beats, temperature, saturation, when you choose which value you want to measure, once again the main key is pressed and you wait about 60 seconds for the clock to make the measurement.
How does the watch measure pressure?
The Watch uses sensors that monitor changes in blood circulation when it comes into contact with the skin. The data is processed by an algorithm to obtain blood pressure values, shown in the application in real time. When measuring blood pressure, it is important to avoid coffee, cigarettes and exertion immediately before the measurement, as they can affect the results.
The device must be placed on screen 1. Then, with one long press of the activation key, the SOS alarm is activated and the said SOS contacts in the application are notified. Thus, the user can get help in emergency situations.
The watch automatically detects sudden and unusual movements that can signify a fall. Sometimes the alarm can be triggered even though there was no crash – the system is deliberately very sensitive for security reasons. If the alarm is triggered accidentally, it should be deactivated as soon as possible so as not to send SOS notification to contacts.
If the watch is used around the clock, the battery lasts about 1.5 days. If it is turned off during the evening, the duration is extended up to 3-4 days.
The clock needs to be turned off before charging. Charging takes about 2 to 3 hours on average, depending on the battery level. The Watch has its own cable that needs to be plugged into a standard 10W USB charger. The charger is not included in the standard packaging.
The Watch has IP67 protection against dust and moisture, but it is not recommended to soak or use it underwater. Short contact with water is fine, but prolonged immersion can damage the device.

The clock is designed for one user. All health information is linked to a personal profile so that measurements are accurate and safety assured. If there is a change of user, then it is necessary to make a change in the user data and profile.

The Watch can continue to be used, but if the subscription is cancelled before the standard shelf life it is necessary to pay the difference in the price of the device.
The full price of the device is 130 EUR, in the subscription model it is paid in installments 6,12,24. Depending on how much War has been paid, so much will still need to be paid up to the full price of the device.
If the subscription is not renewed, the Watch can still measure blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and other parameters. However, web application, data storage and sending SOS notifications or SMS messages will no longer be available.
